- Lisa Donner is a national real estate coach and mentor, investor, business owner and entrepreneur. Self employed since she was 23, she's started and run several successful businesses. Today’s market can be difficult to get funding from banks. Lisa has been successful at finding people wanting a higher return on their CD's, money markets and other investments. Lisa has successfully used Private Money to Fund real estate and business investments by investing in houses, multi-family, and business ideas and opportunities. They have used Private Mortgages from private investors as well as used LLC's to give people the higher returns they deserve.
